- Experience in handling Commercial & Residential precast projects in Europe/US & Canada/Asia & Middle East; Experience in Scandinavian Projects will be considered an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Tekla Structures and AutoCAD.

- Manage the entire structural design lifecycle from concept to completion and As-Built.

- Should have minimum experience of 3-10 years for diploma/ graduate and 4-10 years for ITI, in reinforced concrete and steel work detailing in water retaining structures or buildings or oil and gas industries projects.
- Ability to effectively operate Auto CAD.
- The Structural Detailer shall be responsible for delivery of contract drawings and associated documentation.
- Produce reinforced concrete arrangement drawings which are clear, accurate, cost effective, meet the requirements of the specification and which can be constructed and commissioned safely and effectively.
- Ensure the standard practices and details are utilized wherever possible.
- Ensure that previous similar solutions are adapted and utilized wherever possible.
- Report problems and deficiencies in the design/ detailing and brief to an appropriate person.
- Maintain competitiveness by ensuring drawings are produced within the durations indicated.
- Basic knowledge of Auto CAD is essential and sound knowledge of Tekla is a must.
- Experience in PPVC projects will be added advantage.
- Experience in working on the international project will be a plus.
- Will be working on Residential and Commercial Precast Structure projects.
- Study Structural and Architectural drawings and prepare RFIs.
- Generating IFC files, Drawings, BBS Reports etc.
- Ensure all modelling activities are performed per company procedure & process.
- Ensure thorough self-check before submissions with no error been made while modelling.
- Responsible for the Sales of ICE’s services to architects, MEPF Engineering design companies, infrastructure project developers and contractors Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Define the sales strategy to build a strong pipeline of clients. Prospect and develop new markets & new business opportunities with AEC firms.
- Responsible for Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales forecasting with the management.
- Manage both the commercial and contractual relationships with our clients: recurring follow-up, customer feedbacks and satisfaction tracking, invoicing, and payment terms negotiation.
- Regular update of sales forecast and daily activities in CRM.
- BTech with a Minimum 5 year of business development experience in the AEC industry is essential.
- Must have excellent Communication Skills with Clients (USA & UK especially).
- Flexible to work in Shifts as per Geographical Client Base.
