The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in reinforced concrete (RCC) structures, advanced design techniques, and project management. The selected candidate will also receive advanced training in precast concrete design, further enhancing their skillset.

1. Advanced Structural Design and Analysis
   • Lead the design of reinforced concrete structures for buildings and infrastructure projects.
   • Conduct in-depth structural analysis using tools like Staad Pro, ETABS, and SAFE to validate designs for safety, stability, and efficiency.
   • Provide optimized solutions for complex structural elements, including foundations, beams, columns, and slabs.
2. Leadership and Mentorship
   • Guide and mentor junior structural engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
   • Review and approve design outputs, ensuring adherence to safety codes and standards.
3. Documentation and Quality Control
   • Oversee the preparation and review of design reports, specifications, and drawings.
   • Ensure all documentation complies with relevant standards (e.g., IS, Eurocode, ACI) and project requirements.
4. Project Coordination and Collaboration
   • Work closely with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated structural solutions.
   • Actively participate in project discussions, providing technical expertise to resolve complex design challenges.
5. Innovation and Problem-Solving
   • Stay abreast of advancements in precast concrete technologies and modern design software.

• Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or M.Tech in Structural Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on concrete projects.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in structural analysis tools such as Staad Pro, ETABS, and SAFE.
  • Deep knowledge of RCC design principles and construction methodologies.
  • Expertise in interpreting and applying international structural codes and standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural design and analysis, particularly in reinforced concrete (RCC) structures. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, preparing structural designs, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

The selected candidate will receive comprehensive training in Precast Design.

1. Structural Design and Analysis
   • Design reinforced concrete structures for buildings and infrastructure projects.
   • Perform structural analysis using advanced tools like Staad Pro, ETABS, and SAFE to ensure stability, safety, and efficiency.
   • Calculate loads, stresses, and forces to design critical structural elements like foundations, beams, columns, and slabs.
2. Documentation and Review
   • Prepare and review design reports, specifications, and drawings for accuracy and compliance with industry standards (e.g., IS, Eurocode, ACI).
   • Collaborate with drafting teams to produce detailed and precise structural drawings.
3. Collaboration and Coordination
   • Work with architects, contractors, and project managers to integrate structural solutions effectively into overall project designs.
   • Attend project discussions and provide technical guidance for resolving design challenges.
4. Innovation and Problem-Solving
   • Stay updated with advancements in precast concrete technologies and structural design software.

• Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or M.Tech in Structural Engineering.
• Experience: 2–5 years in structural engineering, with a focus on concrete projects.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in design tools like Staad Pro, ETABS, and SAFE.
  • Strong knowledge of RCC design principles and construction methodologies.
  • Familiarity with international structural codes and standards.
• Soft Skills:
