Warehouse is a G+4 Industrial building for storage/industrial use purpose with a peripheral road and loading-unloading dock at the back.

Total area: approx. 22,800 m2, G+4
Scope
Conceptual to Construction Document while understanding
clients requirement and coordinating with related consultants. The challenges were faced to
make knowledge base as per client's requirement and standards. (As this was the very first
modelling project of a kind).Regular technical coordination meetings were held and timely
RFIs were raised to mitigate the risks.
